On March 30, 2025, a series of academic exchange activities celebrating the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the International Alliance of Academicians and Experts were held simultaneously and grandly at the Foreign Economic Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in Beijing, China and the Cloud Computing Center of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences.

 

Over the past five years, the alliance has always adhered to the original intention of "gathering global wisdom and serving national strategies". With the strong support of academicians, experts, and partners, it has grown from scratch, from small to large, gradually becoming a bridge connecting China and the world's science, technology, and cultural industries.

 

Since its establishment 5 years ago, the alliance has taken the "Academician Power Project" as its core focus, and has dispatched a team of academicians and experts to each county-level unit through one academician per county, enhancing the technological innovation capability and economic development level of the county-level economy; Through one park and one academician, focusing on industrial parks, introducing a team of academicians and experts, creating a new quality productivity demonstration park, and promoting the systematic and overall industrial upgrading of enterprises in the park; By sending a team of academicians and experts to 5000+listed companies and leading enterprises through one enterprise, one academician, we aim to enhance the level of enterprise development and promote the formation of new quality productivity; One school, one liaison, by establishing a liaison mechanism with more than 3000 domestic universities, absorbing and integrating technological achievements, promoting technology transfer and industry university research cooperation: One country, one partner, strengthening international cooperation and academic exchanges with friendly countries. The signing of the first cross-border strategic investment cooperation agreement by the New Quality Productivity Research Institute is not only a milestone in the "internationalization strategy" of the alliance, but also a declaration of China's scientific and technological strength going global.

 

Academician Lin Wensheng, the president of the world's first new quality productivity research institute, won the Xu Guangxian Award. Academician Du Jiaqing, the father of economics, and Academician Yan Xia, the founder of new technology ethics, won the Einstein Award respectively. Academician Sun Xianghui, the founder of new quality production relations, and Academician Li Jianguo, the father of ocean hydrogen energy, won the Qian Xuesen Award respectively. Academician Zhang Qi, the father of peat soil engineering, and Academician Li Jinming, the father of Eastern architectural philosophy, won the Philip Johnson Award respectively. Academician Zhou Yongzhang, the founder of green development, won the William Nordhaus Award. Academician Yan Xiu, the father of field theory, won the Zhang Jingru Award. Academician Guo Yahong and Academician Yang Liming won the Tagore Award respectively. Academicians Liu Xuan and Han Wei won the Tagore Award respectively. Huo Yingdong Award.

 

The newly promoted academicians include Professor Xu Lingming, the former Counsellor of the State Council, Director of the Energy Administration of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Deputy Director of the National Energy Leading Group Office, the father of Oriental Architectural Philosophy, Professor Li Jinming, the Frontier Science Center of the Guojie Research Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the father of grassland grass seed cultivation and domestication, the senior researcher Yierdalaiti Israbek of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Xinjiang Branch, Professor Bi Jiaxiang, the founder of holographic topology recognized by academician Qian Xuesen, Professor Mao Zongqiang of Tsinghua University, Professor Ren Yong of Tsinghua University, Professor Zhao Meng, the president of the National Graphene Alliance, and Professor Qian Yonggang of Shanghai Jiaotong University. The newly elected academicians this time include Liu Xuan, recipient of the Huo Yingdong Award, assistant to the Chairman of the International Association of Academicians and Experts, Han Wei, Hao Junping, and Tagore Award winners Guo Yahong and Yang Liming.

 

The Academician University is declared established. Academician Yan Xiu was appointed as the President and Director of the Academic Committee, Academician Lin Wensheng was appointed as the Honorary President and Vice Chairman, Academician Du Jiaqing was appointed as the Honorary President, Academician Zhang Qi was appointed as the Honorary President and Director of the Degree Committee, Mohammad Hassan was appointed as the Chairman, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Senior Researcher of the Institute of New Quality Productivity, Yuan Bangxiang was appointed as the Director, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Senior Researcher of the Institute of New Quality Productivity, Wang Yi was appointed as the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, and Duan Yi was appointed as the Assistant to the President.

 

During the academic exchange session, Secretary General Liu Xuan gave a brief introduction to the Three Ones of the Academician Strong Country Project (2844 counties, one academician per county, 5000+leading listed companies, one enterprise, one academician per park, 80000 parks, one academician per park, more than 3000 universities, one university, one liaison, friendly country, one partner) and the Talent Strong Country Project. She said that Harvard University, founded 229 years ago, has only graduated 77 doctoral students because the standards are too high. Each graduate must have one globally innovative and unique insight, as well as proficiency in two foreign languages. The International Alliance of Academicians and Experts, World Knowledge Management Institute, and Qian Xuesen University were founded five years ago as benchmarks against Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Academician Qian Xuesen is a highly talented student at MIT and an outstanding representative of patriotic dedication. Therefore, we benchmark ourselves against Harvard academically and emulate Mr. Qian spiritually.

 

In terms of talent requirements, we also have three ones, that is, each teacher must write their own course; Every master's graduate must discover a formula, rule, or law upon graduation; Every doctoral graduate must establish a discipline that includes three globally original insights or reaches an equivalent level, equivalent to Harvard's two plus one. At present, through three years of effort, we have jointly trained 13 doctoral students, established 13 disciplines, and also established cooperative relationships with multiple universities. We have formed a global alliance of nine schools and are solidly promoting the internationalization of education.

 

Dean Zhang Qi pointed out that in the past five years, the three major scientific academies of the alliance have jointly conducted scientific research in different disciplines with research institutes from universities around the world, benchmarking against Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, adhering to the unwavering love for the party and the country, steadfastly carrying out scientific research, wholeheartedly promoting industrial development, and sparing no effort to promote international cooperation. In the past five years, a total of 13 doctoral students have been jointly trained, and a total of 18 disciplines have been established by teachers and students, including technology transfer pricing theory, academician economics, peat soil engineering, new technology ethics, lithium battery manufacturing engineering, industrial big data, market supervision and management, medical device industry economics, heat treatment engineering, cycle branding, short video science, cocoon house theory system, brand park management, and new quality production mechanics. Multidimensional Ecological Agriculture, Vocational Education Culture New Quality Production Relations, Eastern Architectural Philosophy, Lighter Law, Three Phase Law, Equity Model, and so on.

 

Dean Zhang Qi said that according to the theory of Academician Qian Xuesen, human body science, natural science, and social science are the three major categories of the human scientific system. Promoting Qian Lao's patriotic dedication spirit and its systematic achievements is the unwavering historical mission of the International Alliance of Academicians and Experts and Qian Xuesen University. On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the alliance, Dean Zhang Qi announced that, following the direction designed by Academician Qian Xuesen, the International Association of Academicians and Experts has officially established its 29th department, the Department of Human Sciences

 

Vice Chairman Zhang Qi summarized the academic exchange activities celebrating the fifth anniversary and paid tribute to the predecessors who founded the alliance, such as Academician Lu Jian and Academician Zhou Yamin. He expressed sincere satisfaction and high expectations for the training and growth of the new generation of young leaders in the alliance. Five years, in the blink of an eye. The International Alliance of Academicians and Experts was founded in Hong Kong, based on the motherland. Along the way, it has gone through ups and downs, leaving behind sweat and achieving success. Its breakthroughs time and time again cannot be separated from the support and trust of all sectors of society. The series of academic exchange activities commemorating the fifth anniversary of the International Association of Academicians and Experts were exciting and came to a successful conclusion, yielding abundant rewards. Our hearts are filled with emotion and joy. The new five years have begun again. We will continue to adhere to the leadership of the Party, practice one country, two systems, vigorously carry forward the spirit of Qian Xuesen, and continue to push forward the project of strengthening the country with academicians and talents.
